About Vernon
Vernon T. Foster II is an author, speaker, and eternal optimist.
He opted to treat his 20s and early 30s as an experiment for self-exploration and honing his 7 Laws of Mindful Living philosophy. Vernon's adventures led to him starting an entertainment business at 19, two stints living in Central and South America, becoming an award-winning Toastmasters speaker and self-published author and moving to NYC with two suitcases to help build a tech startup. Today, his focus is on empowering youth at the high school and collegiate level with Emotional Intelligence (EQ), self-acceptance, and a resilient mindset.
